kindly remove dishonorable
kindly remove dishonorable, makes it difficult to farm glad points. also its like after playing the game a certain amount of time you can sometimes predict the team is really noob and has no streak or wining future. you really should not be punished for leaving, i realise leaving made the game really boring sometimes but at least up the once an hour to 2 or 3 times in an hour.

Farm glad points? Excuse me, when did PvP become PvE?
If you really want to win more, do Team Arenas. Don't come complaining about how you can't win enough because Random Arenas is too random.
Besides, if a team really does suck, they'll loose quickly, and then you get sent back. There's really no good reason for leaving, and there never has been.

Yep, the dishonorable flag is just like your nickname, population control, keeps the dicks out or at least in lower numbers.

yes there is good reason for leaving. when there is a warrior wielding a wand its fairly easy to assume that the team has no future even if you have a monk. a player like that often of no secondary proffesion will drag downs the teams preformance more than a pot head brings down your high schools gpa. and sure this person is likely to die very fast and you will be defeated at a disadvantag (awesome!) but some maps its about getting more kills than other team and you have to wait till match ends. also its like possible to resign, but when was the last time the noob on your team knew how to resign and did resign. this update is only noob friendly because people only leave when theres noobs on your team.
i know as a fact that unless you have 3 people whom are great at the game available at all hours you farm gladiator points in ra. you can deny this all you like but its the case. people who were farming the tittle were appeased cause their ranked doubled.

I can tell when I'm in a team that is terrible or when the team may be good but is not going to win, there is no reason to make me wait it out when it is already evident that victory is not possible in a particular situation.

Here's why:
JUST because you may think you won't win - doesn't mean you won't.
As well as just up and leaving isn't a very nice thing to do, and in turn it is dishonorable.
Yea it may take a while, but you never know until you try. Plus an ounce of protection equates a pound of cure, and I would much rather be able to report the idiots who leave (we had some doing this during AB a while ago actually, after talking mad stuff and making sure that our side would loose after doing some heinously stupid stuff) who do insure victory for the other side.
Not everything can be 50/50 and in this way it'd actually be much easier for you to have better teams in the end perhaps.

It's players like you that caused this update to be in effect, players like you who quit because they don't like what they see, players like you who believe that it's your way or the highway. Players like you make this game a chore and no fun to play.
Like others have said, go to the TA, form your own team, and shut your mouth, or live with the fact that your are a dishonorable player.

Stop messing around in RA if you don't wanna team up with your so-called 'noobs' then, after all RA is for PvP beginners. You are just been irresponsible and wasting everyone time for been a leaver and deserve the 'dishonored' title.
Just go to TA to find your decent group to 'farm' your Glad pts.

Its called Random Arena for a reason. Your meant to go in there and try to make they best of whatever gets thrown your way. Since this is the first PvP most players encounter, you should expect a high level of people who don't know what they are doing.
If you want to farm glad points, get some friends and do TA.
The only exception I would consider is allowing you to leave if your dead and none of your live teamates have a res.

everyone i come accross in game seems to agree with this feature beeing a drag. and also farming glad points is a drag, it takes a good team to streak and a bad player not even aware probably that team is trying to streak makes its very difficult to actuallymake it.

i used to know how to get unrandom teams into ra, ive seen other people do it and as far as im concerned most glad farmers used it to get a great deal of there glad points. in fact most people still do, most people i know within game (which are alot). resort to ra because theres not a monk to face every single round. its more fun that way. there are plenty of non begginers in ra whom should be taken into account.

Didn't you make a thread just like this a little while ago? I remember saying "this update makes the people who make PvP not fun for casual players in RA like the OP stand out"

Actually, wanding players before combat is a fairly good way to build adrenaline so that you don't have to wait as long to unload it once you get into melee range.

/Unsigned for removing dishonour system.
/Signed for revamping it. You should be allowed to leave 3 minutes into a match.
Plus, you never know how good a player is by looking at what they have. For all you know that warrior is only carrying the wand for lulz and will switch it out for a hammar when he actually starts going.
Complaining about n00bs is a terrible reason to defend the act of leaving anyways. If you dont like being teamed with random n00bs then get out of RA and play TA..

actually most wars with sword or axe in pvp attire are terrible. i have yet to meet a good warrior that used a wand. seriously i think its fairly obvious in these occasions that the team mate wont provide any useful assistance. similarly you know you find wars using curses (elites even) and you know deny it all you want the team will not streak thanks to this individual.

Umm, yes it did.
Let me rephrase it for you.
This update makes players, like the OP, who make RA and PvP miserable for casual PvPers, stand out.

well yeah id be happy if they did something like leaving three minutes into match or uping the amount of leaves per hour to two.
yeah people do like to be funny like that, some times they decide its fun to play with no armor on, haha that is so funny... no. there are circumstances that you shouldnt have to endure.
